Meet The Twin Falls Ptsa board

President

This is Rebecca's second year on the TFMS Board and first year as President at TFMS. She is also the Treasurer at Opstad!  Rebecca has 2 boys at TFMS, one in 6th grade and one in 7th and a child in 4th grade at Opstad. 

Co-Vice President

 Cristen is in her fourth and final year on the TFMS PTSA Board and is one of our Co-Vice Presidents this year. She is Mom to an 8th Grader at Twin Falls and a Sophomore at Mount Si. When she is not cheering on her kids at one of their sporting events, she loves to bake, hike, play Disc Golf and work on home projects. 

Co-Vice President

Jenny is a Co-Vice President this year, but fifth year on the board.  Jenny is a mom to a 7th grade girl and 9th and 11th grade boys. She spends most of her time breathing life back into Christmas Creek Tree Farm that she and her husband Todd purchased five years ago.

Treasurer

 Nikki is in her second year on the board at TFMS after retiring from NBEPTA. This is her first year at TFMS as Treasurer. She’s a busy mom to twin sixth graders and a high school freshman. She enjoys cheering on her girls on the softball field and gardening in her free time.  

Secretary

Wendy Nesland is returning this year to TFMS PTSA after a short hiatus. She has a son who is currently in 7th grade at TFMS. She also has 2 older children that went through TFMS, who are a senior at Mount Si High School and a sophomore at the University of North Texas. She is excited to be back and help our PTSA do great things for TFMS!

Social Media Chair

 Erin is excited to join the TFMS PTSA Board this year as Social Media Chair. She and her husband, Austin, have twin boys in 6th grade. When she's not cheering from the sidelines at a soccer game, she loves to travel, play softball, and curl up with coffee and a good book. 

Reflections Chair

This is Marcy, mom of three girls (in 3rd, 6th, and 10th grade!) jumping into her first year with the TFMS PTSA as Reflections Chair. When you don’t see her reminding your crew

to participate in Reflections, you can find her balancing work, wandering through the trees, following their dog along the river, supporting from the sideline, or out in the snow

somewhere around the world with her crew, life is beautifully busy!

Popcorn Friday 

Kelsey is the Popcorn Friday Chair. She is the proud mom of a 10th grade daughter and 6th and 7th grade sons.

Staff Appreciation Co-Chairs

Angie (pictured above) and Wendy are serving as Staff Appreciation chairpersons on the Twin Falls PTSA Board. Angie has a son in 8th grade and a daughter in 4th grade. Wendy has a son in 7th grade and 2 older children at Mount Si and in College.

Spirit Wear Chair

This is Kim’s second year on the board as the Spirit Wear Chairperson and her final year at TFMS.  She is mom to an 8th grade girl, a 12th grade boy, and 2025 Mount Si graduate/business major at U of MO-  MIZZOU. 

When Kim is not caring for her dogs, cats, horses and chickens, she is working as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and enjoying watching her daughter Dance and son play Lacrosse.

Book Fair Chair

Angie loves her community and spends time coaching soccer and softball. When she's not coaching, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has a daughter in 8th grade.
